It provides several recommendations for systems integration services vendors and purchasers of systems integration services based on analysis of that data.
“The economic slowdown has impacted the Canadian systems integration services market. The way clients have bought these services in 2009 and will buy them in 2010 has changed. As a result, vendors need to respond to the desire for cost reduction and time to delivery and understand how emerging technologies will impact their business models in the coming years,” says Nigel Wallis, research director, IDC Canada’s Application Solutions. This book may contain less than 24 pages of technical content.
